Sore achy feet can affect your whole being.
If you like the scent, Peppermint Essential Oil is wonderful for the feet. Store purchased foot products often contain Peppermint. However, the oil is not expensive to purchase and is easily added to lotions. A hot foot bath, with Epsomsalts and Peppermint oil will relax your aching feet, plus revive you at the same time. The best is a foot rub/massage (reflexology)... however,as I can't stand for anyone to touch my feet, I do this for myself. Modest
Of course you can figure Peppermint oil is also good for the sinuses... an added plus +
add one drop to your toothbrush, you guessed it.. breath control. This is a waker upper as well. Suspect I use peppermint for headaches as well, making this essential oil useful from head to toes... lol

Head to toes...I like it lol!!

Another good thing for feet is boiling hot water with some salt in it: If you have Althere's Foot, don't do this, but the salt (Rock if you have it!) makes the water a bit more snappy, and is a nice way to revive the pores on your feet...

Smile Now, I must be manly and stop talking about aching toesies!!

An old tip is to get in a relaxed position lying down or sitting back and then to keep your feet elevated above your body. Pillows under the knees while in bed will do the trick.

This is something to do with blood flow. It works. Smile

Amazing effective for tired feet (and incidentily terrible restlessness - the sort that makes you want to pack up your life and walk out the door without looking back!!!!!(or do just I feel like this a lot?!)

Get someone to massage your feet with diluted sandalwood, turn the lights off and light a few cream beeswax candles........enough said! Smile
