Astral Projection is a key skill of mine: I use it for Necromancy (or Necromanteia] which is Divining using spirits for information, not raising them from the dead....I also use it to access the Akashic Records (to some degree!) and I use it out of boredom...it took me four years to even do it, and another half a year to do it on command...funnily enough, the first time it happened properly was in my R.E. GCSE!

Is there a step by step guide on how to achieve this?

I've always been fascinated by this. I used to pour through that many specialist books to try to find details on the subject in the reference sections of libraries when I was only 11 years old. I necver found anything practical though.

LOL I got a C, which isn't too bad seeing as though I didn't do any coursework for any of my subjects...

As for the Astral Proejction Ook, there is a book i own called The Astral Projection Workbook: it is an interesting read and would recommend it to anyone interested in OBE's, and if you see Sarah, she would happily let you flick through it (I leave it on the shop Library bookshelf!) and she could probably order one in for you Smile

Ook i was in w.h smiths yesterday (sorry sarah) and found an exccelent book on astral projection.Cant remember the title but its next to the yoga and meditation books. Its written by a guy who has been having o.b.e's all his life and set up a research centre.
After 15 minutes of reading i had to leave because i was getting funny looks from the staff but from what i read it was very well written and easy to read and indepth talks of his experiences plus a sellection of step by step guides.

Cheers Matt,

I'll have to pop in and have a look. I don't get into Weston often , even though I'm just walking distance from the shops, but next time I go I'll make a bee line for it. Smile Thanks.
