I fly above the heads,
Engaged with my thoughts.
I am now without limits.

I fall to the ground,
Engaged with my thoughts.
I am now without anger.

I crawl under a rock,
Engaged with my thoughts.
I am now without fear.

I hide in my shell,
Engaged with my thoughts.
I am now without pain.
