Psychic vamp?

Kehe, trust me to ask about this -
I've been thinking about the mention of me being a 'natural vampire' (obviously psychic not blood haha)
so what do you make of them - how they learn to control the energy vampirism, one is meditation i guess, and another would be the binding that Tomi mentioned..

Just anything else about them in general really

I tried meditating/energy playing this morning - didnt work too well, could barely get anything between my hands...
