Inspite of everything going on around us, Life and it's cycles have gone on in spite of everything else, LIFE happened!
My oldest son had his first baby today at 3:58 p.m. I had meetings to go to and my husband had to work and his ex wife was at the hospital. Life turned around and we *the two who raised the son* ended up at the hospital, outside the room listening with baited breath yelling * YES YOU CAN DO IT PUUUUUSSSSHHHHHHHH* and Noah Aiden Schrader came screaming into the world with lusty boy cries as only boys can do! Announcing his arrival!!!
Mama and son are doing very well! 10 fingers, 10 toes, 2 eyes and a nose! When we went into the room, mama looked no worse for the wear and beautiful as ever having pooped out an 8 pound boy like she was fishing! Noah looked at "gramma Storm" and tracked my voice like he was a year old not a new born and watched me like he knew me. I'm SO proud of my son, my daughter-in-law and my grandson!
Relish in life people. It happens in spite of us. With............or without us!
This boy is spring. He smells new. He looks new. He IS new! Born 7 days before my birthday, 5 days before great grandpa's birthday and 11 days before his daddy's birthday! YES THIS BOY IS A CUSP! ok borderline, but I"ll take that!
Gramma and Grampa aren't proud AT ALL!!!!
