| Aww *hugs*
I would suggest an anti-crazy-people shop, but I'm guessing you still want to be able to get into The Willow Tree... | |

| Lets face it, if people aren't a little crazy then they just plain boring. On the other hand too much crazy leads to great annoyance. All things in balance as always. | |

| It has just been pointed out by Merry Moot Admin that we have gone totally off topic!!! I hadn't even realised - that's frightening!!
Are we going to listen to authority? Or are we going to rebel and follow our own path, I ask you?

| I was fortunate to have a glimpse of that board. It looked interesting however, as you can read from my experiences with Ouija boards, I am particularly cautious about anything that could potentially open the doors to unidentified lying wotsits. Is the SHamanistic board designed to communicate in this manner? | |

| It focuses on Gods and Goddesses rather then wotsits...and it is very interesting...Sarah and Annie are now at the point where they get nearly immediate answers...
I'm sure if you wanted one, they could hunt around and find one for you...?

| I'd like to have another look at that board actually. The references to nature on the board was what instantly caught my eye - stones, animals, etc. I'll be mooching at that next time I'm passing. | |

| i think this post is drifting into a a talking board thread not just ouija boards my question is for sarah or tomi what would you say would be the best form of protection for anyone that uses a ouija board?
i myself plan to use mine on same hain for the first time, i do not beleive there is any disrespect in contacting those who have already past as it shows they are remembered, and as for the unidentified lieing wotsits i have done enough basic and serious research to be a little skeptical with any reply received, im not saying im foolproof cos im not, but i am expecting anything and understand what i am doing....

| I am very interested in trying an ouiji board oneday when i have my own place possibly as if anything bad happens im not putting my family in danger onlyway as for protection i'd ask my guides for protection and sorround myself in white light just have good intentions and ask to speak to good spirits also helps and try and keep the questions positive never ask a spirit to show themselves in a physical form and if anything is negative coming through say goodbye and close the board, | |

| As I have probably made clear, I'm not a fan of ouija boards for many reasons. However, I will not condemn you for your interest, as that is not my right. I will however give some advise and it is up to you whether to take it. My main recommendation is not to be too vague when calling the spirits. If you just ask anyone who wants to come join the party, it's quite possible they aint gonna be the kind you want! Not all spirits will be strong enough to respond and often the strong are not the gentle. Also not all spirits will want to converse with the living, they will all have their personal motives. My suggestion would be to call those with a specific motive/ of a particular nature. The fact that you are looking into protection first is a damned good idea, and I highly recommend you take as many as possible (not just for youself, but to ensure that anything negative is not released). I wont rant on too much now cos I don't know if your interested but I do have quite alot of experience in this area so if you have any questions, i'd tell you what I know. | |

| I just want to say 'ditto' to Solvo's comments. Prepare well and be protected to anyone who will try a Ouija. | |
